Shipping policy

1.    Delivery

1.1. We will deliver the products you order, subject to cancellation, substitution, or non-fulfilment. We may use third-party delivery agents.

1.2. Delivery options and prices are listed on our website or will be notified to you at the time of order. Website information prevails in case of conflict with printed catalogues.

1.3. Delivery prices apply per order, regardless of the number of products ordered. Delivery will be made to your usual business address unless agreed otherwise in writing.

1.4. We aim to deliver products according to quoted delivery times, but they are approximate only. We are not liable for consequences of any delay.

1.5. If a delivery is not made by the quoted time, please notify us. We will investigate and inform you of the status or revised delivery time. We may also offer a refund of the delivery charge or an alternative delivery option. These are your exclusive remedies for late delivery.

1.6. We aim to deliver Extended Range products according to published lead times. These are approximate, and no other delivery options are available. We may notify you if we cannot fulfil an order within the lead time and offer alternative options.

    2.    Inspection, Delivery Delays, and Non-Delivery

    2.1. Inspect your order promptly upon arrival. You have 30 days to notify PATLITE of any issues, including:

    2.2. Defects visible upon reasonable examination (PATLITE will replace or refund at their discretion).

    2.3. Missing items (PATLITE will deliver or refund at their discretion).

    2.4. Incorrect items delivered (PATLITE will replace or refund at their discretion).

    2.5. Non-delivery (you have 10 days from the estimated dispatch date to notify PATLITE. PATLITE will deliver or refund at their discretion).

    2.6. Failure to notify PATLITE within the timeframes above constitutes acceptance of the order. PATLITE's records are considered conclusive evidence of the products received, unless you can provide contrary proof.

    2.7. Your remedies for non-delivery, short delivery, or defective/incorrect products are limited to replacement or refund.

    3. Self-collection / Pickup

    3.1 Customers are required to collect their purchased items within thirty (30) days from the date of notification. 
    Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation or disposal at our discretion, and no refund will be provided.

    4.    Payment

    4.1. Payment terms depend on your credit history with PATLITE.

    4.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PATLITE does not offer credit terms. All payments must be made in full at the time of the order. Suspension of order acceptance and shipment.

    5.    Risk and Ownership

    5.1. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery. This applies unless the customer wrongfully fails to accept delivery. For products collected from an PATLITE trade counter, risk transfers upon collection.

    5.2. Ownership of products remains with PATLITE until full payment is received. PATLITE is entitled to recover any unpaid-for products from the customer's premises.

    5.3. Product and Availability Information

    5.4. PATLITE reserves the right to discontinue products or make design changes. Up-to-date information on product availability and design is available on the PATLITE website. Information on the website or catalogues is not a guarantee of origin, manufacture, or production of the products.
