Returns and Cancellations

1.    No Fault Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order at our discretion (written confirmation required) if there's no issue with the product. However, we may recover any costs we incurred due to your order, along with a processing charge as outlined in this policy.

2.    Partial Cancellations

If you only cancel part of your order, we may adjust the price based on the remaining quantity compared to the original order.

3.    Return Policy (for Customers other than Consumers)

A processing charge may apply to product returns that are not due to defects covered by the warranty. Here's how to return an item:

  • Contact us: Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from us. You'll need this for all your return paperwork.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Specific Instructions: Follow any specific return instructions for the product on our website.
  • Packaging and Labelling: Pack the product securely and clearly label it with the return address (our Returns Department) and the RMA number.
  • RMA Number: Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package.

4.    Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Software
  • Calibrated products
  • Production packaging products
  • Non-catalogue products
  • Extended range products
  • Specially manufactured products  
  • Products marked "non-cancellable" (NC) or "non-returnable" (NR)
  • Opened or damaged ESD sensitive devices (electrostatic discharge)

We are also not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping if you didn't use our collection service.

5. Self-collection / pickup

     Customers are required to collect their purchased items within thirty (30) days         from the date of notification.

     Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation or                   disposal at our discretion, and no refund will be provided.

6.    Additional Terms

  • Force Majeure: We may be excused from fulfilling our obligations under unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we'll notify you and may cancel your order without penalty.
  • Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that we own the intellectual property rights associated with our website, catalogues, and stock numbers. Reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.
  • Data Protection: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.
