Issue
Urgent support requests sent between separate buildings can be delayed or missed, especially if emails are not routed to the right person. Network device failures can also remain unnoticed.
Solution
The NHV6-POE detects specific email subject lines from the production team and:
- Lights up on the technician’s desk in the maintenance site according to urgency:
Red: Urgent – immediate action required
Yellow: Warning – support required soon
Green: Normal – standard support request - Forwards the email directly to the correct Person In Charge (PIC) based on the subject.
