When a server goes down outside of office hours, no one may notice the failure immediately—causing long downtime, potential data loss, or business interruptions.
Solution
The NHV Network Signal Tower automatically detects the server failure and triggers an email alert to the person-in-charge (PIC). The PIC receives the email notification, promptly contacts the on-duty personnel, and initiates recovery actions—even when off-site.
