Issue
There is no WiFi or mobile signal between the service site and the technician office. When something happens, the service team cannot quickly call for help or notify the technician.
Solution
PATLITE’s WIO system uses Bluetooth to send alerts without needing the internet. When the transmitter tower at the service site is triggered, it sends a signal through a repeater (WIO-B1R) to the technician office. The receiver tower lights up and alerts the team immediately and they can take action quickly.
